Dear Phone Book Advertisers...
The Woodstock Telephone Directory has transitioned into production annually in the month of March or there about.
The Directory is distributed to more than 3000 households in Woodstock and Pomfret. Many other people in our extended community come into Zack’s Place or call us, to get a copy of this coveted phonebook. This book is also dropped off at our local hotels to share with guests. Advertisers are in Woodstock and surrounding communities. This book provides a great reference of where to find a plumber, pick up a gift, or locate a neighbor’s address, phone number and more. It is evident with the internet that phonebooks are becoming extinct but a small community book, like this one, which provides information that is not shared on the internet is still a great resource.
This publication serves as one of our many fundraising opportunities, while at the same time allowing us to serve our community in return. We are grateful to the Woodstock Learning Trust for passing on to Zack’s Place, the opportunity to continue offering this supportive publication.
